"Macabre Eternal", the first first full-length album from the legendary San Francisco Bay Area gore grind act AUTOPSY since 1995's "Shitfun", will be released in Europe in early June on Peaceville Records. A U.S. release will follow several weeks later. "Macabre Eternal" was recorded at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, California and includes AUTOPSY's first 10-plus minute song "Sadistic Gratification". California extreme metallers DEEDS OF FLESH will enter the studio in May/June to begin recording their ninth album, "Portal to Canaan", for a late 2011 release via Unique Leader Records. According to a press release, fans should expect "amazing artwork and numerous conceptual pieces" by Raymond Swanland.

Intimate, raw, and unexpectedly funny, "Last Days Here" portrays the unbelievable journey of a man at the crossroads of life and death. The film was produced by 9.14 Pictures, an independent production company that specializes in documentary films. The film was directed by Don Argott and Demian Fenton and produced by Sheena M. Joyce. The company's filmography includes last year's critically acclaimed "The Art Of The Steal", "Two Days In April" and "Rock School".

German black metallers ENDSTILLE have set "Infektion 1813" as the title of their seventh album, due on May 17 (one day earlier internationally) via Season Of Mist. The first pressing of the CD will be a limited-edition digipak. Commented the group: "We're satisfied to get reinforcements now by our new comrades of Season of Mist. Skol Records will release the first-ever METALUCIFER tribute album titled "Heavy Metal Hell - A Tribute To Metalucifer".
