Los Angeles-based progressive metal band REDEMPTION, which features in its ranks vocalist Ray Alder of FATES WARNING, is "in the early pre-production stage" of writing material for its new album for a 2011 release. Guitarist/songwriter Nicolas van Dyk states, "It's too early to say too much, but I can share that the arrangements vary from short (for us!) hard-hitting songs to at least one and possibly two more sprawling ideas, and that a few of the working titles at this point are 'Noonday Devil', 'Dreams From The Pit' and 'Rain In My Soul'."

Poslušah sad na youtube-u "Are You Metal?", pa uopšte mi nije loša pesma koliko je vi napljuvaste, skroz mi je kul. A možda sam se ja prosto uželeo Helloween-a pošto mi je "Rabbit" bio poslednji njihov album koji sam slušao. Dream of an Opium Eater are an instrumental Metal band, originally commissioned by Roskilde Festival in Denmark to play a one-off set in 2007. The band play music which accompanies Norwegian short horror films, which are projected onstage throughout the performance. The band played the Odeon stage at Roskilde Festival on 07/07/07. Although this was intended to be their only show, the band were then approached by Carling Leeds Festival, resulting in a performance on the Alternative Stage at Leeds on 23/08/07. A third show was performed at the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany, on 1 August 2008. Ivar Bjørnson also plays guitar for Norwegian bands Enslaved and Trinacria, Reuben Gotto plays guitar for UK bands Johnny Truant and Twin Zero, Julia Ruzicka currently plays bass guitar for Tricky and was a member of the now defunct Million Dead, and Ben Calvert plays drums for Killing Joke as well as Malpractice, an Adam F fronted rock band. Čini se da suviše dobro poznaješ Diznijeve filmove, k'o Grob tipove gotičarki. A to nije guest vokal, to je Snowy - on je trebao biti u bendu za stalno.

Dobra, ali meni ipak bolja ona sa naočarima iznad.

Vidi, vidi: Mustaine: You know who I saw the other day in Finland? CANNIBAL CORPSE. I was really blown away with how heavy those guys were. They were really great. I never thought I'd like a death metal band 'cause I thought the singing was... it's still not my style but the music that band had was so intense, man. I really enjoyed watching that.

Probaj onda "Godspeed On The Devil's Thunder", super je album.

Meni je album fino legao, samo mi je razočarenje što nema više pesama u "Gateways" fazonu, tako da mi ona i "Dimmu Borgir" ispadoše najbolje jer se razlikuju, ostalo je ispalo baš ona najklasičnija prozaična Dimmu formula ali bez Vortexa, dakle siromašnija no ranije. Ali ima šta da se čuje tu itekako i ima dobrih deonica, naročito mi se sviđaju ona 2-3 ekstra pompezna završetka pesama sa horom, ne sećam se sad tačno koje to pesme bejahu... Ali sveukupno meni je ovo ok, dokazali su da mogu i bez one dvojice itekako. I da, složio bih se sa Black Desire-om, najzad su uboli produkciju koja im savršeno odgovara.

Meni je to ok, u smislu da su se oni toliko menjali iz albuma u album da bi već jednom bio red jebeni da se malo ustale i odmore od toga, naročito kad im ovaj fazon ionako dobro stoji.
