U.K. doom metal veterans MY DYING BRIDE have entered Futureworks Studios in Manchester with longtime production partner Rob "Mags" Magoolagan to begin recording the follow-up to 2009's "For Lies I Sire" for a fall release via Peaceville Records.

Montreal, Quebec, Canada-based female-fronted melodic death metallers THE AGONIST have completed work on their long-awaited third studio album, "Prisoners", due on June 5 (one day earlier internationally) via Century Media Records.
