Nisam te pitao da li si nekad nešto uzimala zato, nego da vidim da li su ti jasni razlozi zašto počneš sa tim, jer to nikako ne mora biti nekakva tuga i očaj. Ne znam zašto svi upinjete u to da je uzimala te stvari zbog neke slabosti - ok, moguće je i to a možda je i jednostavno htela da to radi, onako hedonistički, m? E sad, to što ćete je vi zbog toga proglasiti ludom je vaša stvar.

Svako ko pije i drogira se traži pomoć? Hahahah, daj molim te. Jesi li uzimala neke droge nekad, pila možda? Što se toga za samoodržanjem tiče, to prosto nije tačno. Ne znam kako drugačije to da formulišem, ali ljude koje boli kurac za sopstveni život ćeš naći u raznim formama.

Ljudi generalno gledaju na to iz pogrešnog ugla. Živela je rock'n'roll, znala kako će da završi i sama je to izabrala - njoj očigledno nije bio životni cilj da jednog dana kao matora baba ljulja unuke, većini ljudi to jeste cilj pa je stoga i sažaljevaju, na stranu oni koji su zaista voleli njenu muziku i pojavu. Meni je to isti trip kao i sa svakim samoubistvom: ne moraš to podržavati niti ima smisla da žališ nekoga ko je to svesno izabrao, a ne treba ni da se seljačiš pa pljuješ po nekome jer je vodio život kakav ti ne razumeš - samo ispoštuješ njegov izbor i to je to. Što se uopšteno ljudske fascinacije smrću tiče, naročito kad su poznate ličnosti u pitanju, kontam da to postoji otkad je sveta i veka (a naročito šou-biznisa), jbg.

Former MANTAS, DEATH and MASSACRE vocalist Kam Lee has joined forces with ex-OBITUARY/SIX FEET UNDER guitarist Allen West in a brand new death metal band called CORPSE ROT. Regarding how the name of the group was chosen, Kam said, "Believe it or not, this name has not been used [by any other band before]. (Note: This statement appears to be inaccurate. — Ed.) How is that even possible? And how I came up with the name… I was joking with Allen. I'm like, 'Allen, I'm kind of known for the song 'Corpse Grinder'. You're kind of famously known for 'Slowly We Rot'. Let's just put the two together and see if there's a fucking band with that name. Nah, there's no band with that name." German melodic metallers EDGUY have just returned from the video shoot for "Robin Hood", the opening track from the band's forthcoming album "Age Of The Joker". Video director Oliver Sommer (AVANTASIA, NENA, HELLOWEEN) and the band decided to satirize the Errol Flynn film "The Adventures Of Robin Hood". The miniature epic was shot in the forest with a large number of additional actors, starring German TV comedian Bernhard Hoecker in two different leading roles. Commented EDGUY frontman Tobias Sammet: "When you decide to do things like that, of course, you have to be aware that you will most likely make a fool out of yourself. We had to wear tights and looked a bit like four idiots and one transvestite. But we have come to a point we don't care so much anymore. We feel like being in a luxury position where the record label gives us a lot of money to waste for really silly things like sneaking through the forest and looking like idiots. "The shooting was one of the funniest days in our career, and that means something. Although it was hard work — the rain, the mud, soaking wet tights, angry horses, carriage, a lot of travesty, sword fighting and hurting smile muscles. You gotta check it out!" The "Robin Hood" single will be released on August 5 and will be available as a digital download and on green vinyl. The video version of the song was cut down to five minutes, but the album version has a running time of more than eight minutes.

Finnish melodic black metallers CATAMENIA will enter Mastervox Studios in Oulu, Finland in late September to re-record select songs from their back catalog for an upcoming compilation album, to be released in early 2012. The set is expected to include guest appearances by the band's previous vocalists Ari Nissilä, Olli Mustonen and Mika Tönning.

Filmed at San Francisco's Great American Music Hall on December 31, 2008, the DVD features audio commentary by comedian Neil Hamburger. FANTÔMAS released the studio version of "The Director's Cut" in July of 2001. The album tackles a collection of beloved and eerie film compositions including Nino Rota's "The Godfather", Bernard Herrmann's "Cape Fear" and Jerry Goldsmith's "The Omen (Ave Satani)". Upon its release, Pitchfork said the effort was "as cinematic as its source material" and NME called it "gleeful butchering." Reactivated Raleigh, North Carolina-based progressive doom metal band CONFESSOR has released the following update to BLABBERMOUTH.NET: "CONFESSOR is excited to announce that the band is back in action and we have been confirmed for the 2012 Maryland Deathfest next year. Rehearsals have already started and we hope to play a warm up show in Raleigh prior to the Maryland Deathfest appearance. We still have some limitations with Scott [Jeffreys, vocals] living and working in China but it looks like he will be able to spend some more time in the States next year. "The current project FAR AND AWAY featuring Steve Shelton, Chris Nolan, and Brian Shoaf from CONFESSOR will continue to write and record and Cary Rowells continues playing with PARASITE DRAG. "Besides the appearance at Maryland Deathfest, the band, in conjuction with reissue specialists Divebomb Records, are putting together a demo collection and archival DVD set entitled 'Uncontrolled'. This will be the first time that all three legendary CONFESSOR demos are made available commercially. The DVD will contain archival footage collected by the band with additional material supplied by die-hard fans. "In additional to audio and video content, Jeff Wagner (author of 'Mean Deviation: Four Decades Of Progressive Heavy Metal') has contributed a brand new essay to go along with pictures the band has unearthed for the deluxe booklet. Release date for the set is undetermined at the moment, but Divebomb Records hopes to have it available by year's end."
