Les Diabolique je tu nepravedno zapostavljen. Sjajan film, u rangu Psiha lagano.
-

Evo komentar s jednog foruma: Saying all this is one man's fault is disregarding a LOT of context To the point of being pearl-clutchingly oblivious. Take a moment. Think for a second on what it can be like to be on the receiving end of the largest and most focused campaign of disrespect and shit talking the world has been since Ali v Frazier, except add in an actual assault with a small mob and broken glass and spilled blood. I think the reality of what MacGregor builds, which we lionize and memorialize as "the best mind game" or the best trash talker ever should all be settling in right now. Eventually, if you do this long enough, you create an atmosphere where it stops being about business or a fight for sport and it becomes deeply personal and a fight for survival. I don’t think anyone here, reading this right now, can understand what the men on the other side of these prolonged, relentless, celebrated attacks go through mentally and emotionally. Some are from countries where violence is a real danger, where gangs of men maurading can be lethal. And they used video of his assault over and over again to promote the fight. I love Tim. But this header for the piece is just profoundly short sighted. How much did we perpetuate this reality? We are all, as fight fans, responsible for what happened. We reward this behavior. And last night, we revealed ourselves in a very large public way. So let’s not keep throwing blame on one person, but share it so that we can change course. Because this is where we are going every time we eat up all that manufactured rage, disrespect, and bad sportsmanship. We create narratives that become real for not just one but many people. And no one particpates more actively in this construction than MMA media, which they do because we, as fans, demonstrate that a lot of us seem to want this. But just because we want it doesn’t make it right, or advisable, or wise to consume. So how do we perform our fandom now? Where do we go from here? I submit that this is a time to collectively take stock and change how we do things regarding promotion and reporting and consuming, and not to take the easy path of pinning this all on one man or camp. Look in the mirror.
