Uzimam glutamin , tj ostalo mi jos malo , ne znam , mozda ima nekih efekata , ja nisam primetio , bolje te pare dati na protein ili meso . Trbusnjaci mozda ali opet i njih moras nekada da odmoris. Bilo u kucnoj radinosti, bilo u teretani. Za drugi deo nisam siguran ali ne moze da skodi. Takođe, ima li koristi od rađenja istih u serijama, ali ne kontinuirano, recimo u pola sata-sat, nego u toku dana, povremeno? Sklekove možeš svaki drugi dan, tj. tri puta nedeljno, sa odmaranjem vikendom. Trbušnjaci su velika grupa mišića, možda bi i mogao sa dobrim (raznovrsnim) planom da ih radiš pet puta u nedelji, jer je ipak organizmu potreban koji dan odmora.
