U desnoj ruci drzim tradicionalni crni tiganj propasti nase, ne vidi se lepo na prvi pogled, rekoh gore okultno. Mislim, realno, koji je procenat ljudi na forumu koji znaju ital? 3%, 5%? Pa čak i da ne znaju, ne, niko neće uzeti online rječnik da prevodi jer imaš milion sličnih recepata na coolinariki i sličnim sajtovima (bez obzira što se radi o sastojcima koje možeš pogoditi i ovako, bez gledanja, ako ćemo tako mogu gledati i recept na japanskom). Plus preporuka jedna, sta god da mesite, pre nadolazenja premazati i vanglu i testo uljem, da se ne bi gomilalo bespotrebno brasno kada posle treba da se premesi, ili pak uvija i sece ( ako se radi o kiflicama npr.) Footog Qpoos Posted December 11, 2011 Report post Posted December 11, 2011 deda moj ima super jednostavnu recepturu za ukusan obed...komad svinjske vratine...sredinu izdubi,nabaca kobaju unutra i to pece u rerni,preliva nekom marinadom dok se pece,kasnije se sece na snite,ko parcad leba...mesina naokolo,a u sredini kobaja...super je fora...sada ce nikola,pa ce to praviti... Zen Posted December 11, 2011 Report post Posted December 11, 2011 onima na kulinarki nista ne verujem jer bi pojeli i margarin umocen u svinjsku mast. word :haha: NijE neko kuvanje, al ima li ko zanimljiv recept za salatu sa Ella sirom? ja ga uglavnom koristim u tri kombinacije 1 curry, beli luk, sareni biber, so, majcina dusica 2 cayenne pepper, bosiljak, so 3 beli luk, bosiljak, so i umuljam sa sitno seckanim povrcem koje trenutno imam, preko zime kuvani kukuruz, rendana sargarepa, seckana paprika.... I da, aj kad sam vec na temi pre neki dan klopali odlicnu salatu rendana crvena jabuka, rendana sargarepa, seckani beli luk, malcice onog majoneza sa ukusom krastavca ... da, ja sam veliki fan belog luka Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
MissionVao Posted December 11, 2011 Report post Posted December 11, 2011 (edited) Sargarepu gotivim samo kad bas zagori, tako da je mekana a s jedne strane hrskava i natopljena uljem Odatkle je nastao 'recept' za zagorelu sargarepu i kolutove luka (tj vise 'diskove' luka ) a uz to komadi teletine/karea/piletine Posto prakticno sve mora da ima konstantan kontakt sa dnom i ne treba da se mesa (vec prevrce) potreban je bas veliki tiganj.
