feyd Posted October 27, 2013 Report Share Posted October 27, 2013 današnji ručak: - krem supa od povrća 1 glavicu crnog luka, 2 čena belog luka iparče đumbira - zajedno iseckati najsitnije na svetu i propržiti na maslinovom ulju. dodati po pola kašičice mlevenog korijandera i kumina, 200 grama smrznutog graška, 4 šargarepe (seckane na kockice), 2 peršuna, naliti vodom (ili supom iz kocke), dodati 1 čili (ko voli), so, biber i kuvati dok se povrće ne skuva do pola. tada dodati 3 krompira (seckano na kockice) i 400-500 karfiola. kuvati dok svo porvće ne omekša. izvaditi polovinu povrća iz supe, ostatak usitniti štapnim mikserom i vratiti povrće u supu (ko voli da je potpuno glatka, iymiksuje sve zajedno). - pohovani karfiol: glavicu karfiola iseći na kriške i njih kuvati 2-3 minuta u posoljenoj kipućoj vodi. kriške karfiola ostaviti da se ohlade. orli (o rly): umutiti sneg od 3 belanca, dodati 3 žumanca, 3-4 kašike brašna, 2 dcl tamnog piva i malo praška za pecivo, začiniti solju i biberom po ukusu. ohlađene kriške karfiola uvaljati u brašno pa u orli, i staviti da se peku u nauljenu tepsiju koja je zagrejana u rerni (250 stepeni). kriške tako peći po 3-4 minuta sa svih strana. krem od sira: pomešati feta sir i "grčki" jogurt u odnosu 1:1, začiniti seckanim vlascem, solju, biberom i limunovim sokom. salata: sitno seckan kineski kupus, crni luk, rendana šargarepa i kiseli krastavci. dressing: jogurt + senf + maslinovo ulje + limunov sok + so + biber žderati. 8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Samo ja roknem jos priloga. Kad ovo grunes zaboravis masne zabare i njihove providne picice. Ovo je picka kako valja da bude. sale 3sm Larry Flynt Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 Divcibare, hotel, za rucak kazu pica, ja se obradovao kao da ce mi je sve 4 nindza kornjace razviti i napraviti(cetvrti razred jbg)...i dobijem ovakvu felnu gore. Pica jeste do jaja sa testom kao za hleb ali treba napraviti da naraste koliko i pravo testo za picu, a ne da bude lepinja sa picom na vrhu.
