Eto ja redovno vidim Sisusove avatare kao krofne, naravno dok ne uvecam i procitam nick I tako godinama I sta to govori o meni hahhahahahaha Brzi recept za toplu cokoladu koju sam pravila ovih dana... U 4-5dl mleka koje je provrelo, ubaciti komadice cokolade (100gr), mesati dok se ne rastopi, potom dodati jednu/dve kasike gustina (gustin prvo lepo izmesati u posudi vani I polako sipati I mesati u mleko da se ne stvore grudvice). Na kraju sve to sipete u solje ja sam pravila nekoliko varijanti, naknadno sipam malo soka od pomorandze u jednu, u drugu solju stavih chili u prahu, u trecu ruma... igrajte se Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Face Of Melinda Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 Hypnotized Daklem recept za cokoladnu mus tortu tzv pis ov kejk Kora: 6 belanaca umutiti u sam, 6kasika secera, oko 150gr lesnika/oraha, 2 kasike kakaa... Sipati u podmazan pleh 26cm precnika, 15/20min na 200stepeni. Fil: 6zumanaca umutiti sa 6kasika secera penasto u tu smesu dodati oko 60ml slatke pavlake koja se prethodno kuvala do kljucanja, zatim u sve to dodati istopljene cokolde na pari I mesati. Ostaviti fil da se ohladi jer sada ovaj fil treba sipati kasiku po kasiku u umucenu slatku pavlaku 340ml, a da se pavlaka ne rastopi od toplote. Moja modifikacija recepta je da ubacim voce do sada su to bile visnje I mandarine. Redom koru prelijem sokom od pomorandze ali malo da ne bude gnjecava, nabacam mandarine, sipam coko-mus preko sve to u kalupu za cheese-cake I onda ukrasim kako stignem... Poslednji experiment je bio pravljenje coko ukrasa. Na listu alu folije sipate u tankom sloju otopljenu cokoladu I od nje napravite trouglice. jelchica Posted April 9, 2015 Report Share Posted April 9, 2015 Kilo bundeve se oljušti, namaže maslinovim uljem i solju i ispeče u rerni To se onda ubaci u secka ili blender (odstrane se oni crni ćoškovi, ako ih ima), sipa pola šoljice maslinovog ulja, dve kašike susamove paste, so i biber po ukusu, 1–2 kašike limunovog soka. Takav namaz mi je sjajan izvor promene u kuhinji, super za doručak. Napomena: Bundevu sam imala onu "belu", oblik i pozicija peteljke kao na lubenici, spolja svetlosiva, unutra standardno naranžasta. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
