Hocu da probam malcu da napravim zitnu kasu da ne jede kupovne. Pirincane pahuljice mu dajem sa vocem. S tim što sam uzimala pahuljice iz zdrave hrane pa njih mlela i tako imala gotov "prah" koji se samo promulja kroz vrelo mleko i eto kaše. Doduše, i to mi je jeo sa bananom pomešano npr - ili sam pravila vafle od toga umesto brašna. feyd Posted October 8, 2017 Report Share Posted October 8, 2017 (edited) krmenadle u buffalo sosu: 6 krmenadli 3-4 kašike integralnog brašna (trenutno koristim raženo, može bilo koje, ili belo brašno) 3 čena belog luka slatko ljuti i opako ljuti sos - po ukusu so i biber - po ukusu 1 kašika rastopljenog putera krmenadle posoliti i začiniti biberkom, uvaljati u brašno i ostaviti 2-3 sata u frižideru. sitno seckati beli luk, pomešati sa ljutim sosevima (ukupna količina sosa za 6 krmenadli je oko 5-6 supenih kašika) i rastopljenim puterom. ohlađeno meso premazati sosem, poslagati na pleh i peći u rerni na 200 stepeni oko 30-45 minuta (zavisi koliko je debelo meso). žderati kao svinja. feyd Posted December 1, 2017 Report Share Posted December 1, 2017 salata sa biftekom i plavim sirom: - proprziti krupno seckani crni luk, beli luk i pecurke (zacinjeno solju i biberom) na malo maslinovog ulja, ostaviti u ciniju za mesanje salate - isekati kisele krastavce na kockice, dodati u ciniju sa pecurkama - dodati seckanu zelenu salatu, moze i mesavina salata i eventualno seckani svezi kupus - biftek prziti na jakoj vatri, na malo maslinovog ulja, zacinjeno solju i biberom, kad su obe strane isprzene, dodati parce putera u tiganj, kad se puter istopi, skinuti sa vatre - dressing: vinsko sirce + senf, so i biber po ukusu (moze i honey mustard dressing ko voli) - sastojke u ciniji preliti dressingom, i promesati, staviti na tanjir - preko salate dodati plavi sir seckan na kockice i biftek isecen na trake - javiti ramsey-u da me konacno zaposli i da mi da veliku platu p.s. cherry paradajz po zelji, lepse izgleda tanjir 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
