Guest Куртон Posted August 24, 2010 Report post Posted August 24, 2010 Burek se jede u celoj srbiji, a gibanica se bas i ne pravi u celoj srbiji (iako verujem da su je svi probali/culi za nju) tako da glasam za burek. Sto se mene tice, ja ne jedem burek u buregdzinicama i pekarama jer je to jako nezdravo i kvalitet je jako opao u poslednje vreme, ali je lako napraviti dobar burek sa gotovim korama. Ekstremno lako zapravo sa dobrim receptom (razlike u detaljima), ne mora ni mnogo da se pece. Za sarajevski seckani je malo vece znanje potrebno.
