evo par stvari koje sam skinula s razlicitix sajtova:

Tretmani kose vrućim uljem:

• 1/2 šalice maslinovog ulja

• 1/2 šalice kipuće vode

Stavite maslinovo ulje i kipuću vodu u kutiju za sok. Dobro protresite (dok se ulje razbije u sitne kapljice). Umasirajte u kosu.

Četkanje uklanja prljavštinu i razmazuje prirodna ulja kose.

To će garantirano dati novi život vašoj kosi.

Sastojci:

• 1/2 šalice meda

• 1/4 šalice toplog maslinovog ulja (2 žlice za normalnu/masnu kosu)

• 4 kapi esencijalnog ulja ružmarina

Priprema:

Stavite sve sastojke u manju zdjelu i dobro miješajte. Izlijte u čistu plastičnu bocu sa čvrstim čepom.

Primjena:

Sastojci:

• 1 jaje

• 2 žlice maslinovog ulja

• 1 četvrtina oguljenog krastavca

Priprema:

Pomiješajte jaje, maslinovo ulje i krastavac.

Sastojci:

• 1 limun

• 2 šalice vode

Količina: za 1 do 1 1/2 šalice limunovog spreja za kosu

Priprema:

Njega kose aromaterapijskim uljima

Pravilno njegovana kosa - lijepa kosa

Cvjetanje kose, lomljiva kosa, kosa bez sjaja, bez volumena, čak i opadanje, osim ako nije riječ o problemu višeg medicinskog problema.

Long Hair Care Tips

Caring for long hair takes a lot more time compared to caring for short hair or hair of normal length. Just washing and drying long hair can be quite a task in itself. Below are some tips on managing long hair.

Long Hair Care Tips

Avoid sleeping with tightly braided hair or hair in a tight ponytail. The stress can cause breakage and/or hair loss.

When your hair is braided, make sure that it is not too tight or it could cause breakage and/or hair loss.

If your hair is braided or you have a ponytail, use a specially treated band or scrunchie which will prevent breakage of your hair, limit your use of clips, bows, and untreated bands.

Even if you plan on growing your hair out further you should trim your hair once every 3 months, if not split ends will cause your hair to break off and your hair will begin to lose it's beauty, if you plan on just maintaining your length, a trim once every month and a half to two months should suffice.

Don't use a brush to detangle your hair, this will stretch your hair and may cause your hair to break off. Instead use your fingers, a pick, or a wide tooth comb to detangle your hair.

When detangling your hair work your way from the tips of your hair up to the hair roots. Work on detangling one section of your hair at a time and go in a downward direction.

Be gentle when detangling, pulling down on your hair too hard will cause breakage.

If you detangle your hair before washing it, it'll be easier to dry and style as well as decrease the knots and tangles after you are done washing your hair.

Don't rub your hair dry with a towell, instead blot the water out of your hair, when you rub, it'll cause your hair to tangle.

Hair can get caught on cotton pillow cases and break when you are sleeping especially if you toss and turn a lot when you sleep. Using a satin or silk pillowcase where your hair will make it so that hair will slide across the pillowcase without getting caught. Another tactic to prevent breakage is to put your hair up in a ponytail on the top of your head with a scrunchie or specially treated band (that prevents breakage).

An alternative to the silk pillowcase is to wear a satin or silk scarf over your hair before your sleep to prevent breakage.

Brushing your hair is important because it spreads the the hair oils out across the length of your hair. Use long strokes starting from the roots of your hair when brushing and stroke your hand over your hair after you are done brushing to get rid of static.

Blend a few drops of lavender oil with rosemary, sesame and olive oil to give volume and shine to the hair.

A blend of Rosemary and olive oil when massaged in the scalp improves the blood circulation and stimulates hair growth.

To prevent hair loss, blend 5 drops of thyme oil and 3 drops of rosemary oil in 3/4 cup of shampoo.

Apply coconut oil with lime juice daily for luster & softness. Extracts of green coriander leaves are equally beneficial.

Apply the extracts of hibiscus flower on the scalp and wash it after some time. Helps in preventing dandruff.

Wash your hair with a warm solution of diluted vinegar. It will give bounce and shine to your hair.

To add shine to your hair, apply a mixture of egg whites and yoghurt.

Never wash your hair with extreme warm or cold water.

Comb your hair regularly at the night before going to sleep.

How To Get Rid Of Split Ends And How To Treat Split Ends Properly?

Split ends are a common problem that every woman and even men face. Split ends, known as also as trichoptlosis usually occur when the cuticle is damaged and the fibres of the cortex (the inner layer of the hair) are unraveled. Split ends are more likely to develop in long, dry and brittle hair. Once your hair is weakened by coloring, heating, UV damage the cuticles will start to lift, leaving the cortex vulnerable to splitting.

WHAT CAUSES SPLIT ENDS?

• frequent blow-drying

• using curling iron

• using straightening iron

• vigorous brushing

• excessive dying the hair

• not trimming your hair regularly

• insufficient conditioning

• excessive heat styling

• using too much hair coloring products

• using a wrong hairbrush

• frequent chemical treatments

• improper hair care

• overwashing

You probably know that regular use of straightening iron (flat iron), blow-dryer, curing iron, hot rollers can seriously damage your hair, making it brittle and dry, especially if your hair is fine. The intense heat may encourage split ends, since the heat dries the hairs cuticles and makes your hair prone to breakage. Its essential to use heat protecting products every time you blow-dry or straighten your hair. There are some wonderful products on the market that provide a great protection against the heat while nourishing the hair at the same time.

Another cause of split ends is vigorous brushing or combing the hair. Many women brush their hair straight after washing it but this seriously damage the hair and causes split ends because the hair is more vulnerable to splitting after shampooing. Never brush wet hair, never. Use a wide-tooth comb instead and comb your hair very gently. Choose a natural-bristle brush that wont pull on hair and stay away from metal, nylon or plastic brushes.

Not trimming your hair regularly is the main cause of split ends. If your hair is prone to splitting you should trim your hair regularly (every five of six weeks) to get rid of split ends and prevent further breakage.

The harmful UV rays and the wind cause split ends to travel up the hair shaft causing a fracture in the hair. Thats why its essential to protect your hair all-year-round, especially during the summer months. Use hair products with UV filters and wear hats or head scarves.

HOW TO GET RID OF SPLIT ENDS AND HOW TO TREAT SPLIT ENDS?

• There is no need to tell you that the best way to get rid of split ends is to trim your hair regularly. Have your hair trimmed by a hairdresser every five or six weeks this way you will keep the ends neat and prevent further breakage.

• Use a conditioner every time you wash your hair to nourish your hair, keep it hydrated and healthy. Apply the conditioner over the entire hair, concentrating on the ends. Look for a moisturizing conditioner containing essential oils and natural ingredients. A good conditioner will feed the roots and repair the structure of the hair. It will leave your strands shiny and manageable and will sooth the hairs cuticles.

• Use products (shampoos, conditioners, masks, serums, creams, mousses, sprays) designed for treating split ends. These products seal split ends and prevent further splitting. Most of them contain high-density fluids and silicone which draw the splayed ends of the fibres together and hide the appearance of split ends.

• Use a mild shampoo that is suitable for your hair type. The best choice will be a mild moisturizing shampoo with ceremides and essential oils that will nourish and moisturize your hair deeply. Stay away from harsh shampoos that can leave your hair dry and brittle. Never shampoo your hair every day, even if it is oily.

Useful Tips:

• Remember: The best way to prevent split ends is to trim your hair regularly.

• Remember: Split ends occur when the cuticle is damaged, so avoid damaging your hair by taking a proper care of your hair.

• Always detangle your strands with a wide tooth comb.

• Never brush wet hair because the hair is very vulnerable to splitting after washing.

• Use a wide-tooth comb to comb your wet hair in place of a brush.

• Limit the usage of blow-dryer, curling iron, flat irons.

• If you color your hair use products formulated for color-treated hair.

• Do a deep-conditioning treatment once or twice a month to nourish your hair and avoid damage.

• If your hair is prone to splitting use a leave-in-conditioner.

• Use styling products with silicone to style your hair and to smooth the look of split ends.

• Minimize the use of heat appliances to prevent split ends and breakage.

• Use products designed to seal split ends and prevent further splitting.

• Sometimes split ends may be three or four centimeters in length.

• Avoid using nylon or plastic brushes.

• Use a olive oil and rub it into the ends of the hair two times a week to nourish and hydrate your hair.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and use hair products with UV filters.

• Apply an intensive conditioning hair mask twice a week.

• Sleep with a satin pillow case.

• The only and the best cure for split ends is trimming your hair.

How To Grow Beautiful Long Hair

If you’ve had a short hairstyle for the longest time, maybe it’s time to consider growing your hair long. Ask yourself if you’re ready for a change and know if growing long hair would really work out for you. Having long hair looks and feels great, especially among women. But long hair is sometimes difficult to maintain and you must be committed to growing strong, healthy locks which requires much time and effort. On the average, hair on most people grows at a maximum of 6 inches a year. So if you’re planning to grow thrice your usual hairstyle, then you have years to wait to experience that length.

After asking yourself how long you want to grow your hair and if you can handle maintaining proper hair care for your long locks, then it’s time to get that long, beautiful hair growing! Follow these tips to get luxurious, healthy hair in no time.

Know your hair. Before anything else, you must understand your hair type in order to keep it healthy for the growing process. Recognize the obvious, meaning know if your hair is thick or thin, straight or curly, dry, oily or fine and normal. Knowing if you have strong or weak hair is important because not everyone can have gorgeous, flowing hair. To do this, you can perform an elasticity test on a single hair strand to know the strength of your hair.

Get a proper, growth start. Go to your hairdresser, get a trim to get rid of all the damaged hair and split ends. Make your stylist supportive of your goal of having longer tresses. Cutting may not always be the option because you can go with a protein conditioning program to give your hair a fresh, healthy start. This can also reverse the damages that your hair has incurred from the chemicals of various hair products you may have used.

Keep it trimmed. Make sure that you visit your hairdresser on a regular basis, once every six to eight weeks to have a slight trim. This will keep your hair in great shape and preserve the right amount of hair for growing. If not, your hair would most likely be prone to split ends therefore reversing the growing out process by having more hair cuts to remove the splits. You will also avoid the bad hair phase by having transitional hairstyles that would get you through the stages of hair growth.

Invest on hair products. To maintain healthy hair through out the growth process, having the best hair care products at hand is a must. These include shampoos, conditioners, gels, mousse, detanglers, hair lotion or hairspray. Be selective in finding which products best suit your hair type. Consult your hairdresser to help you out on the proper usage and right application of these products.

Brush properly. Excessive brushing leads to split ends or ripped hair. Follow proper techniques in hair brushing. First allow your hair to fall over your face, then carefully brush your hair from the nape of your head and down to the hair strands. Use your hands to smoothen your hair after each brush stroke. Brush your hair in this position and remember to do this when your hair is 100% dry. Hair is at its weakest position when it is wet. Using a wooden comb is also the best choice for maintaining healthy hair.

HEALTHY HAIR WITH EGG AND VINEGAR

We'll give you the strangest recipe first. Beer, egg and mayonnaise are an old favourite for luscious locks. Massaging two raw eggs into your hair is cheap as hell and worth it. It feels gloopy, but if you rinse with (eck) white wine vinegar afterwards then dry your hair you will find the egg has made your hair gloriously soft, shiny and supple. You will get compliments aplenty.

I tried this on a camping trip (in fact, wash with eggs, rinse with beer) as did my other companions, and we looked super-great. Try it, especially if your hair is unhealthy.

NATURAL HAIR CONDITIONERS: APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

In place of white wine vinegar, you can also try rinsing your hair in apple cider vinegar once a week. Use approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar diluted with half a cup of water. Shampoo and rinse first, then pour on the vinegar - let it sit about a minute and then rinse out the vinegar and then shampoo again and rinse very well so there is no odor of vinegar. Beauticians swear by it. The vinegar also removes all the old shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, etc. build-up in the hair - this create hard minerals which stick to your hair, and apple cider vinegar will clean them from your hair completely.

Tips: Don't let it get in your eyes (it stings) and watch out in the shower because it makes the floor slippery.

NATURAL HAIR CONDITIONERS: COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil will make your hair very shiny and silky. Use the end of a paint brush to apply it (okay, your hands) and work it through. Leave it on overnight (okay, a couple of hours) with a wrap over it. Wash thoroughly the next morning, but don't use conditioner or any other additive. You won't need to for a few days - your coconut hair will look and feel great. And it won't smell coconutty, either.

HOT-OIL TREATMENT FOR DRY HAIR WITH OLIVE OIL (GOOD FOR A DRY SCALP)

Olive oil helps repair split ends, heals dandruff, and makes your hair shiny, silky, and lustrous. Massage a few tablespoons of olive oil into scalp and hair. You can heat it first but putting it in a cup sitting in a saucepan of hot water, if you like. Cover your hair with a kitsch plastic bathing cap and leave on for 30 minutes or more, then shampoo as usual. Mamma mia!

NATURAL ORGANIC HAIRSPRAY

To make a natural organic hairspray, combine 2 cups of water with the juice of one lemon (or an orange if you have dry hair) in a saucepan. Simmer until it comes to a boil. Cool and strain the mixture. Pour into a spray bottle. It can be used on wet hair to add body or applied to dry hair. The lemon will not significantly lighten hair.

CLEANSING RINSES

1. To remove shampoo residue, combine 1 cup of white wine or apple cider vinegar and a couple of tablespoons of dried rosemary. Simmer the mixture and stir, crushing the rosemary on the side of pan to release the fragrance. Strain and cool the mixture, then apply the vinegar/rosemary mix to your hair after shampooing. Voila! Gorgeous silky-soft tresses!

2. For light or blonde hair, combine 2 cups water with the juice of a lemon. Apply to hair for 10 minutes, then rinse.

3. For dark hair, combine 2 cups of water with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon oil of cloves.

TREAT OILY HAIR WITH CARROTS

Massage finely grated carrots into wet hair for 15 minutes before rinsing.

TREAT DRY HAIR WITH AVOCADO

Massage mashed avocado into wet hair for 15 minutes before rinsing.

-1 kašičicu meda rastvoriti u pola litra mlake vode i dodati 1 kašičicu jabukovog sirćeta.

-Bez vrele vode, onda kosa gubi masnoće previše i ostaje bez volumena.

-Koristiti šampon i regenerator istog proizvođača.

Srecna sam sto mi se kosa solidno oporavila i sto rastu novi zdravi pramenovi i sto hvala Bogu, jos uvek nemam sedih.

Ustvari, nikad mi kosa nije lepshe i zdravije izgledala nego sad. :)
