Pominjemo se i mi Slipknot percussionist Chris Fehn says the band’s new album is likely to come out in 2010, although he refused to confirm how many tracks it will contain. The sticks man with the long wobbly nose was talking ahead of the group’s debut Sonisphere show in the Netherlands. Although he’s nursing a suspected broken hand he was determined to play through the pain and inspire a Dutch crowd that has steadily grown throughout the day. “I lost a stick at a show and got a bit mad about it,” he explained, before admitting that European crowds are tougher as, “in Europe you can’t shock as easily as you can in the US”. Nonetheless, he loves playing in Europe. “It’s amazing to play somewhere like Serbia where people might have been waiting 10 years since they were kids to see you live” It is still unclear whether Slipknot’s fifth studio album will be their last as is rumoured. Ortak iz odeljenja doneo kasetu (!) i ja je presnimio, preslushao album i dobio temperaturu (da li od Slipknota ili nekog virusa 'bem li ga )... bash smo se lozili tada na njih. oʞɾoƃ Posted July 22, 2009 Report Share Posted July 22, 2009 More details have been revealed about the upcoming 10th anniversary reissue of SLIPKNOT's self-titled major label debut, due out on September 29. A Roadrunner Records representative told The Pulse of Radio that the CD/DVD set will feature all new digipack packaging and a total of 25 songs, including the original album plus several previously unreleased cuts and demo tracks. The DVD portion of the set was created, like all the band's previous DVDs, by percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan and will contain "tons" of behind-the-scenes and early live footage. Crahan told The Pulse of Radio a while back how he goes about putting together the pieces for the band's DVDs. "I look for the thing that makes me taste and smell and gets me excited, you know," he said. "I look for those things to start it off, and once I have a few of those, then I get going. And then the plot goes from there." The DVD will also include a commentary track from Crahan. A "super deluxe" box set version of the re-release will come in packaging that resembles a safety deposit box, containing a T-shirt, patch, collectible cards, key chain, beanie and a note from singer Corey Taylor. As you know touring is our life, Gettingin front of you guys and playing keeps this band ALIVE. So it hurts usand much as you that we had to do this. There are PERSONAL issues inthe band that NEED to be taken care of for us to continue touring. Letme emphasize JOEY IS NOT DEAD/DYING, **HE IS FINE**. WE have beenworking hard for the last year and a half on "The All Hope Is Gone"Touring cycle and it catches up to you, as I said I said earlier but Iam very sorry we had to cancel to the 2 week run but are desperatelytrying to make those shows up in our October tour.
