ukoliko misliš na RTS-e - praktično mrtav žanr, ali sa nekom nadom da će doći do blage rezurekcije,

overi "Wargame: Red Dragon" ukoliko nisi do sada (moderno ratovanje, hladni rat).

 

nadolazeće igre su: Total War: Warhammer (teško ove godine da će izaći), Battlefleet Gothic: Armada (WH40k igra sa svemirskim bitkama) i friško najavljeni Sid Meier's Starships (isto nešto sa flotom i svemirom, ali baš treba dosta ljubavi i praštanja pa i dalje biti uzbuđen zbog Sida Mejera), Blitzkrieg 3, novi deo Starcrafta, Grey Goo...

Šteta za RTS, nisam znao da je žanr u tolikoj krizi, tj nisam ni ramišljao o tome. Šteta što nema strategija tipa Paraworld više, te mi stvari baš ležu.

žanr je ipak i evoluirao, klasično građenje baze, menadžment... u mnogome je smor današnjim igračima.

obrati pažnju na Grey Goo to je klasičan rts od tvoraca onih SW strategija.

A u kom pravcu je otišla ta evolucija ako nema klasinčnog građenja baze? Ozbiljno pitam.

 

Vidim ovaj Grey Goo izašao na torentima, ili nije..

With Wasteland 2 released and Torment: Tides of Nemenera on the way, Brian Fargo is returning to yet another classic franchise for his team's next project: The Bard's Tale IV.

After creating his own studio in 2002, Fargo began work on The Bard's Tale, a comical reimagining of the franchise's tropes, that would release in 2004.The Bard's Tale IV is a proper sequel, though, marking the first since 1988'sThe Bard's Tale III: Thief of Fate.

"This project has always been really personal to me," Fargo told IGN. "It was a game that put both me and Interplay on the map, back in the day. And it's also the franchise that launched inXile."

InXile Entertainment is planning a Kickstarter for The Bard's Tale IV. Details about the game are still light, but Fargo did say the team will be pulling from the original as far as overarching ideas go. From a story perspective, players will be returning to Skara Brae, where it all began. But on the gameplay side of things, Fargo is planning a deviation.

"Traditional turn-based combat," as Fargo calls it, bases turns on varying factors, creating battles in which different characters attacked at different times, often alternating between opposing sides. But in The Bard's Tale IV, teams attack all at once. This increases the pace of the combat, and allows for a different set of tactics than the traditional system might allow.

"There will be plenty of combat diversity and depth," Fargo said. "You look at something like Hearthstone, for example. It's sort of that going back-and-forth process, and you see the complexity and detail and strategy and nuance that can happen. It's really an amazing system. I love those modern influences. I took a lot away from that, and see things we need to do with our combat system."

As for taking another project to Kickstarter, Fargo said crowdsourcing will allow him to make the games he wants to make, for an audience that wants them, without worrying about pleasing a mass market. Although it didn't release under the traditional publishing system, Wasteland 2 sold extremely well right out of the gate.

Faro used broadcast TV stations to illustrate his point. "I prefer to be on Showtime rather than NBC," he said. "That's the kind of entertainment I like to watch, and it's the same thing with these kind of games. I'm able to make something that caters to a crowd that really loves that experience."

Work continues on Torment: Tides of Numenera, and in IGN's Wasteland 2review, we praised its excellent story and plethora of party design options. But after announcing the team's return to the franchise that put them on the map, Fargo is excited for yet another revival.

"It's the first property we worked with," he said. "The fact that it's the 30th anniversary of the original makes it all just seem perfect."

Jel probao neko ESO mozda u skorije vreme, vidim da ce biti bez pretplate od 17 marta, cuo sam da je shit ali da su izbacili bas dosta update-a gde su je i poboljsali, uzeo bih je verovatno u martu kada bude izasla ta verzija bez pretplate, pa pitam za misljenje posto mi se bas, bas igra.

Ja kada sam igrao betu bilo mi je zapravo kul dok se ne pojavi neki boss koga kojekakvi DEATHKILLA666 likovi farmuju, i onda ode sve u kurac.. kapiram da mogu da upeglaju koliko hoce ali dok god gomila mmo klinaca, a ne pravih ES fanova bude pikala igricu ima da ti zagorcavaju zivot na svakom koraku. PS odlicne vesti za Bard's Tale, pregenijalna igrica, fantasticno je sto su se ovi ljudi zauzeli za sve nas gejmere koji volimo te old skul fransize, kickstarter je definitivno revitalizovao gejmersku industriju.

Sta je toliko smesno? Ljudi koji vole Scrollse su uglavnom singleplayer igraci koji se jeze na MMO-ove, vecina kulnosti serijala se jako lose prenosi na MMO okruzenje, kao sto je i uglavnom spektakularni fejl ESO-a potvrdio. Sta ti nije jasno?

Gothicu II sa Night of the Ravenom sve moze da se sagne :D A slazem se da je sa Skajrimom dosla gomila klincadije, samo kazem, kapiram da vecina nas sa foruma gotivi ES iz vremena Morrowinda, pa zato rekoh coveku da ce verovatno da se smori od ESO-a.

Oblivion je imao do jaja thieves guild i najbolji kvestlajn ikad sa Dark Brotherhoodom ali mi je glavni kvest bio prilicno sranjce, iskreno. Ali ja gotivim i Oblivion, cak i Skyrim, samo je po meni prica u Morrowindu neprejebiva.

Dobro, to se slazem. Glavni je bio tanak, ona zatvaranja kapija su smarala do bola. Ali igra je toliko ogromna da to ne utice toliko na generalni utisak igre.

 

Skyrim je isto jebacina.
